topic Ink level status for TS3522 in Desktop Inkjet Printers

I am able to print but in the printer dialog box it says low ink. When I open preferences to check ink levels, it is not there. Also, the light is on for black on the printer but it doesn't show me how much ink is left for my TS3522 printer. I just bought the printer and it is the original cartridge. I've only printed maybe 20 sheets with just black ink that wasn't text heavy. Why would the cartridge be out of ink already? Please answer my questions and tell me how to get the ink levels to show up because the manual has nothing in it.

Greetings,

What operating system (version and build) are you using the printer with?

How is the printer connected, and to what?

What drivers did you install when you set up the device?
