Greetings All!

My Canon ip7220 renders just a blank page when I try to print a test page or any document containing text - i.e. Word or Notepad. If I print a picture/image it works just fine. But I tried to print a pdf of my checking account statement and it prints blank pages except for the institution logo at the top of page 1. Weird!

I tried reinstalling the drivers, but alas, no joy. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone have any insight to offer?

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA iP7220 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
