    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll see your registered products when you log into your My Canon Account at &lt;A href="https://canon.us/account" target="_blank"&gt;https://canon.us/account&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tap your printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should then see your printer at the top of the popup, along with the following (this is from my personal My Canon Account):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Stephen_0-1721650313795.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/55332i32DFB6DB359188D5/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Stephen_0-1721650313795.png" alt="Stephen_0-1721650313795.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tap on the double wrench icon that says "Product Support."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On that screen, you'll see the support options that are available to you based on your product and warranty/CarePAK status.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I see the printer is suppose to work with printing on envelopes and I see the envelope guide sticker on printer but I can’t for the life of me get this thing to print on envelopes correctly. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Any recommendations? Also why do the mods think they have to edit each post and comment to bend customer inquiries to their benefit?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
