      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did the cleaning, the deep cleaning and when I print the test page, all color appear, &amp;nbsp;BUT the magenta.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi again Cristy73,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are sure the magenta ink tank is not empty, it sounds like an issue with your printhead. &amp;nbsp;The printhead could be clogged or damaged. &amp;nbsp;I recommend &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer"&gt;contacting us&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to discuss your service options.&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 15px;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
