    <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't changed a thing on my MacBook Air and tried to scan today and I get the following pop up:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You do not have permission to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;open the application "Canon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IJScanner1".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contact your computer or network&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;administrator for assistance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is my personal laptop and no one else uses it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order to scan I have to go into settings, click on the printers and scanners, select my printer and click scan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can not use the options on the printer and select scan. &amp;nbsp;All it does when I do is pretend its' scanning and nothing ever happens. &amp;nbsp;That's why I've always gone through Settings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
