I have a MX870 printer which will copy but not print from the computer

I have a MX870 printer. Just replaced a black ink. Now it will copy but will not print from computer. Did several cleanings and a deep cleaning. Will print blue on paper (internet links) but not black text.

did you ever figure out what was wrong? I am having the same problem right now. cleaned out the whole thing inlcuding ink cartridges and print head and rollers and what not. cant get anything to print but i can copy just fine 😞 thanks in advance.
