      <title>PIXMA MG3620 ink and power issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I'm experiencing problems with my Pixma mg3620 and I'm almost certain it has something to do with the ink slots. When I first put in new ink cartridges, the printer wouldn't turn on and I had to unplug it several times until it started to work again when I moved it to another power outlet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Every time I try to print something now, it flashes that there is a problem with both the color and black ink cartridges. I don't know what's wrong with it, I just recently bought more ink so it being empty can't be the problem. It's also a struggle to get the cartridges out because the little slot thing needs to be forced open. I should also mention that my printer is only a year old.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
