    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply.&amp;nbsp; Running MacOS 12.6 (Monterey).&amp;nbsp; The printer worked previously.&amp;nbsp; I was able to fix the problem by checking the black and white box.&amp;nbsp; But then the next the the black and white box was not checked but it worked anyway.&amp;nbsp; Mysterious.&amp;nbsp; But as long as it works I won't investigate further.&amp;nbsp; Too many other things to do &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Connected to Macbook.&amp;nbsp; In the printer app on the computer it "Printing - Connected to computer".&amp;nbsp; But the progress bar just keeps swinging back and forth and the document doesn't print.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for any help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;A few questions for you.&amp;nbsp; What version of MAC OS (version and build) are you running?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this a new installation?&amp;nbsp; Did this work previously?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is the wireless network a single device (router or AP).&amp;nbsp; Are you using a mesh system in addition.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please confirm basic connectivity.&amp;nbsp; What is the IP address of the printer, what is the IP address of the computer.&amp;nbsp; Does the printer's web server display if you type the IP address into a browser and press enter?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
