Last week my G3270 started telling me it was no longer available in the middle of a print job & now I have my TR4720 doing the same thing. I run both through the Print app on my iPad Air 5th generation. The firmware was just updated so it’s not an old version. I’ve checked the print queue from my iPad, iPhone & a windows surface. There are no jobs in the queue. The TR 4720 is low on ink but the 3270 was not. Not even close. I can’t even print 1 full page so right now both printers are paperweights. Can anyone help please? I need to print 9 pages of test results before an important doctor's appointment Monday.
