PIXMA TS3522 copy problem - shrinks original

Hi. I have a TS3522 copy problem. I place the original on the glass, in this case an insurance card. Hit Start (Black) and the output is the same insurance card, with the image about 1/4 the original size (and unless). What causes this and how do I correct.
