Canon Pixma TS3150-Not printing colour

Help! I have a nearly new colour inserted. Geniune cartridge. But it wont print colour now. Done the usual nozzle tests, clean and 2 deep cleans. Only shows a little bit of blue now. These cartridges cost a lot of money. Any ideas??
