      <title>PIXMA TS702a (brand new) won't print color.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just bought a PIXMA TS702a and have it all set up.&amp;nbsp; It will only print black and white on paper as well as on icing sheets.&amp;nbsp; I have edible ink loaded into the printer (it is designed to print on food sheets).&amp;nbsp; I have the print settings set to color.&amp;nbsp; I'm using a MAC - is there something I'm not doing that needs to happen to get it to print color?&amp;nbsp; I've bled all the print cartridges - they are all working fine. Also, I've tried printing on regular paper and icing sheets - it does the same thing on both - only prints black and white&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you run a nozzle check do all the colors print?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer has five cartridges. One of the black cartridges is pigment black and is intending for printing B&amp;amp;W text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The four dye ink cartridges (BK, C, Y, M) are for printing color.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps the printer thinks it is printing text?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
