Magenta NOT printing after 2x cleaning + Deep Cleaning + replaced maintenance cartridge,

Magenta tank at second line from top. Have done everything 2x. Any suggestions

Tried refilling Magenta inkwell nothing
Tried printing a Whole Page in Magenta...No print on paper

any help please
