Canon G3260 wont print, message says to add ink, tanks are all full

My printer keeps sending this message in a popup, "The remaining ink level in one of the ink tanks may have reached the lower limit line shown on the ink tank."

All my tanks are full, yet it will not get past this point, it wont register a full tank and it wont print. What are my options
