      <description>&lt;P&gt;Come on Canon, do your job.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just purchaced a TR8622.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your call center was unable to help with download of driver and utilities.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They did get my printer setup on wifi with Microsoft "ADD A PRINTER" but&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they were unable to help with your download problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why do I need to use Microsoft Windows 10 instead of Canon web site?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
