      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a physical problem and not related to your windows OS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you provide some history please.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just started happening?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Started after I changed my FINE ink cartridge?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Started after I had a paper jam?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did anything pre-empt the behavior?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you using Canon inks or 3rd party inks?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you performed a nozzle test pattern?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can we see those results.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
