    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sounds like a damaged or corrupt boot rom.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer has a 1 yr warranty.&amp;nbsp; Contact support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is not solvable, you can exchange the device with the retailer, or Canon will ship you a replacement.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>TS3722 stuck on loading screen....</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just bought this printer not even 48 hours ago and I printed 2 word docs off of it so far. I went to use it for the third time and it threw error E03 for paper jam, however there was no paper jam. I what I thought was the solution on this board. I unplugged the printer while still on. Pressed the power button 5 times. Waited a couple minutes and plugged it back in.&amp;nbsp; This time when I turn it on it seems to be stuck on the "loading" screen ... looks like the parts of a 0 spinning around.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm beside myself. I should not be having this much trouble 2 days after purchase! Please help!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
