    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the alarm light is steady,&amp;nbsp;I recommend performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After the restart, try to print or scan. If it still wont print or scan, please let us know if any error message appears or how many times the alarm light on the printer flashes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>PIXMA MG3620 won't print or scan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Printer will not print.&amp;nbsp; I've double checked the cartridges and printed align page.&amp;nbsp; Followed the directions and put on to scan, closed cover and held stop button in till it flashed 4 times.&amp;nbsp; The orange alarm light came on and it is not scanning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
