&lt;P&gt;I would start with a nozzle cleaning using the steps &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART179524" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;. Once that is done, print a nozzle check and then take a picture of it and attach it to your reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My mom is trying to print out some insurance documents, but when she does, the documents end up looking unprinted halfway.
