Canon MX492 printer not recognizing ink cartridges, help!

Hello,

Using Canon MX492 home printer. Has worked fine. Today printer will not recognize the ink cartridges.

I unplugged it, removed inks & replaced, I uninstalled printer and reinstalled it but still no luck. Any suggestions? Call CANON? Frustrating.

If the cartridges are Canon Brand OEM, they have a warranty like other Canon products.

Since you have tried the conventional troubleshooting methods, restart, reseat, etc., you will need to contact the place of purchase or Canon for assistance.
