      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What device are you using the printer with?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;What application are you printing from?&amp;nbsp; What&amp;nbsp;is the printer connected to?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If USB &amp;gt; check the connection to the device.&amp;nbsp; Do not use adapters or hubs.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using wireless, the printer supports a 2.4Ghz broadcast with WPA2 / AES encryption.&amp;nbsp; Please be sure your network meets these requirements.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If wireless &amp;gt; you can log into your router and review the attached devices list.&amp;nbsp; The printer should appear there with the IP it has been assigned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try to ping the printer from another computer connected to the same network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
