Ix6820 canon printer lights flash in order power button and the yellow one also it says support code B200 does anyone know why this happens?

Hi Bigbert,

Unplug the power cord and press the power button on the printer 5 times. Then try to move the ink carriage over to remove and reinstall the inks. If the B200 error comes back, the printer will need to be replaced.

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
