    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't have a printing problem, scanner won't open with an error code (-21345) I'm running a 21.5" iMac with OS Catlina &amp;nbsp;10.15.7. When I choose "OPEN SCANNER" from settings that is the message I get "Failed to open a connection to the device (-21345)" I connect via wiFi. I just put a new set of inks and she printed perfectly. Wont open scanner. =(&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings all, I have a Pixmia TR8620, I can print via wifi no problem however this morning I went to open the scanner and I got a message : Failed to open connection to the device (-21345). anybody know what that means?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I connect via WIFI and the connection is in place. I use MacOS Monterey 12.7.4. Printing from various websites and email attachments (eg. pdf) - printing is working. Scanning is not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
