The setting is set to letter size, default scale - but when it prints on paper, it shrinks to 25%.

Hello!

We have a few printers in the MG2500 series. On the front or top of your printer can you please check for the specific model number? It should be MG25xx with the x's being two different numbers.

Google doc. But happens with any file I try to print. Excel, MS Word, pdf,etc.
