I believe that the service tool is version 4200 but am unable to locate a copy.<BR /><BR />At first, I was able to cycle through 5 presses and then have a black screen (service mode?) I am now unable to get the screen to go black. It shows the orange LED and just locks up.<BR />All service tool versions I've found give an error 5.<BR /><BR />Any suggestions or link to v4200 would be greatly appreciated.
