TS3322 Printing Blanks on Photo Paper

Hi!

I have the canon TS3322 printer and i am trying to print out a photo on glossy photo paper (canon brand). it takes the paper but prints out a blank instead of the photo. The printer has plenty of canon brand ink and i have already tried to turn the paper around to see if it was facing the wrong way. any ideas?

Hi,

What version of Windows or MacOS are you running? Also, are you what print software are you using or are you opening a photo and trying to print directly from it.

I am having same issue, no problem printing docs but photos come out blank, settings are correct, using IOS 16.7.7, have Canon TS3322

Hi,

If you are printing pictures from an IOS device, please try printing the pictures from our free Canon print app instead of using AirPrint.
