    <description>&lt;P&gt;Got a new router.&amp;nbsp; Tried to use printer today and it says offline.&amp;nbsp; Followed all trouble shooting, no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had been trying repeatedly to get the wifi back on. It said it was conneced in the control panel.&amp;nbsp; Restarted the printer, the wifi, the computer.&amp;nbsp; still said offline.&amp;nbsp; Deleted and tried to reninstall&amp;nbsp; I now get this error message.&amp;nbsp; Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/30660i973680A1FE1F1115/image-size/original?v=v2&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="Screenshot (56).png" title="Screenshot (56).png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
