when I try to print, the down loads that I have appear and it won't print. I just don't know how to fix that

Hi,

When you go to print a print preview window should open. In this window make sure that your printer is selected. The printer would appear as MG2500 series.

If you see print to PDF or something else selected, change the printer to your model and try to print again.
