    <description>&lt;P&gt;That's the place we went to get a new driver, but (as many times as we've tried to download it), we keep getting the same error code:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"Failed to acquire information on the driver and software. Check the network connection and try again."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If we can't install the set up program, how can we check the network connection?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to set up my grandmas printer on a windows 11 laptop. When I go to set up the printer a download pops up and says the app i need isnt supported by windows. The printer she has is a Canon Pixma TS3522. I need help figuring out to work around the windows software to setup the printer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
