New Printer TR4725 keeps grabbing a crumpling the top of the page

How do I fix this issue or do I need to return it to the store?

Brand new printer?

Are you sure you have removed all of the packing and shipping materials, tape, etc?

Another cause for crumpling can happen if you overfill the paper tray, cassette or feeder.

Thanks I seem to have resolved it. I jammed it with ripped paper...found the back hatch...removed it and it works fine now. Strange but I'm happy.
