Canon TS9120 - Won't print the bottom of the page

Hi,

My Canon TS9120 printer suddenly stopped printing the bottom 2 inches of the page. I have deleted the printer from my computer, restarted the computer, and then reinstalled the printer, but it did not get fixed. I am running macOS Ventura 13.5.2 on my computer. Any other suggestions of what to do?

What app are you printing from?
Does it happen with all apps?
Did you install the most up-to-date Canon software from https://canon.us/TS9120setup

Thank you! I've tried printing from several apps: Google docs, Chrome, Preview. They all do the same thing of just cutting off the bottom 2 inches.

And yes, I just downloaded the most up to date software as far as I could tell - I just did it today by following the steps of reinstalling the printer.

Can you please tap the link I provided & follow the steps to re-install the software there? Then we'll know 100% for sure it's up to date. 😊

It's the same one that I just used - the file name is mac-ts9100-1_3-mcd.dmg
