MG3070s didn't print the correct margin

I set my margin document for 3.18 cm but thr print size become smaller. i measured the size and the margin become 3.8 and the font look small.it didn't follow the margin. I already search about the size correction guide on canon page and it says that i can change the settings on Pc but I don't have pc, i use wireless connection with my phone. Please help me fix this because i couldn't find the resolution anywhere. #MG3070s
