Well, I tried this already. Just curious, so if I don't get fixed this issue even with the troubleshooting process, there is no way to replace it because it's over 1 year?

Hi I purchased this printer in Dec, 2022. It has been okay with my older router but I recently replaced my rounter to wifi6 mesh and the printer won't connect with this error code.

I found one post which mentioned another user had the same issue and it was due to wireless card defect but mine doesn't seems to, I think the compatibility issue. Could you help to fix? Should I also buy a wifi network adapter and attach that? It's nonsese.

Hey there! Our printers can only "see" 2.4GHz WiFi. You'll want to see if there is a way to enable dual broadcasting on your WiFi so that legacy and IoT devices can see the network.

The other option is to hardwire the printer directly to your network by Ethernet (network cable), or to a computer by USB.

The following are the connectivity options on your printer:

My router is TP-Link AX5000, which has two ethernet ports. Those are already occupied - one from the modem and the other to the ethernet switch to wired connection to other rooms. I already checked the wired connection works with the printer, but no avaible port in my router. This model supports both 2.4 and 5, both are enabled now.

Now that your WiFi is compatible with your printer, you'll want to re-run the setup here: https://canon.us/G6020setup

I mean... my router had enabled both 2.4 and 5 already. I tried to setup wifi by manually and app, none of them worked.
