    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello - I'm having the same issue where my Scanner just stopped working.&amp;nbsp; "Scanner Utility" is greyed out under "WINDOW" which is odd.&amp;nbsp; However, I never used that before, when I went to the Canon MG6300 application, I would see an "Open Scanner" tab an I no longer see this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've reset the printer, I've tried it with both Wifi and wired Ethernet cable.&amp;nbsp; I've checked the firmware and it's up to date.&amp;nbsp; I'm not able to download any official driver from the Canon website, presumably because the drive is on my 2016 macbook pro.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm on Monterrey 12.7.2 and i'm not sure if that is the issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regardless, of the software and drivers I could download, I downloaded IJ Network Tool, My Image Garden and Quick Menu and nothing gives me any sort of hint at a scanner...Plus, I never had to download any of these in the past.&amp;nbsp; It was just always in the Canon MG6300 application.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HELP!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mark&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have not done so, please click &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/pixma-mg3620#idReference%3Dsoftware-drivers" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; and select the software and drivers options. When the page opens, please make sure MacOS is listed as the operating system and Monterey is listed as the version.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will want to download and install the ICA driver Ver 5.0.0. This is the scanner driver for your printer and once installed, it should allow you to scan again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
