Mx 922 When coping document, it only prints the margin strip

If you do a preview of document it looks good but when it prints you only get a half inch strip of margin that prints. If you print a document from a PC it works great. Scans great. What I'm I missing,

If you’re attempting borderless copying, make sure ‘Borderless’ is selected for ‘Border’ when copying printed photos. If printouts contain margins even though you are printing in Borderless, specifying ‘Extended amount: Large’ for this setting may help solve the problem. Perform a nozzle check to ensure that the inks and printhead are working properly. If the nozzle check pattern prints correctly, the inks and printhead are configured and working properly.
