PIXMA TR4720 new ink cartridges show as "low level" when printing a document

I have a new Canon Pixma TR4720 (3 months old). Used the printer cartridges that came with it. Since early January the black cartridge (275) ran low and then the color (276) started indicating low ink. I replaced both on January 30, 2024 Now they BOTH indicate low ink....

This is ridiculous as I probably only print 1-2 pages daily, if that. Is there something wrong with the printer itself?? What can I do?
