      <title>My new TS5020 won't print text!!!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK, this is one of several problems I'm having with my new TS5020 printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It won't print text. it'll print pictures from a Web page when copied into a Word document but to print either a Word document or a Notepad taxt page, the printer prints a blank page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It may have something that is related to this &lt;A href="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Printer-Multifunction-Support/TS5020-not-printing-test-page-correctly-on-first-time-start-up/m-p/352962#M45272" target="_self"&gt;thread&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;where I mention the print test page didn't print everything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did continue the installation figuring it would correct itself but I can see I waxs wrong there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All of the ink cartridges are lit up so that isn't the problem. I even removed the 2 black cartridges to make sure the port where the ink comes out of wasn't plugged with anything....nope.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is going on here?!?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
