Managed to print a head alignment page and then tried to clean the rollers and print again, nothing. Error seems to be in a loop. Rollers seem to be working. Is there a way to reset the software on the machine?</P><P>Unfortunately I have lost the receipt and the shop I bought it at refuse to repair the machine without it (have the box and manual and credit card receipt).
