Not a workaround. A4x2 means the platen must be big enough for an A4 page and it’s not.

I'm trying to scan an A4 (8.5 x 14) document. The platen is not big enough to scan the entire document, and there is no option for A4 scanning in the Canon IJ Network Scan Utility "scan and stitch" settings. How can I scan this document as one page?

Hi,

What sizes does IJ Scan Utility let you choose from?

We look forward to your reply.

Hi,

Based on this model scanner and the options presented with the scanner software, you will need to use the A3 (A4 x 2) option as a workaround.
