    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue may be related to the USB cable or the connection itself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check to make sure that the USB cable is going straight to your computer. &amp;nbsp;Avoid using USB hubs or other extension devices. &amp;nbsp;If the issue persists, try using a different cable that is six feet or shorter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
