PIXMA TS9521C - Not Printing Cardstock

Hi,

I just bought the Pixma TS9521C printer and set it up. The only trouble I have is not being able to print cardstock from the rear tray. I followed all the steps, etc. Any special secrets out there?

What specific paper are you using? I don't see any special callouts for the rear tray in terms of paper weight in the User Manual. But, in general, only paper weights of 17 to 28 lb (64 to 105 g/m^2) can be used.

There are restrictions though for the rear try in terms of minimum and maximum page sizes. See page 268.
