    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can’t use the paper cassette to print from as message saying it’s open and need to load paper and close. Cassette is loaded and closed but printer won’t accept this and will only print from rear. Tried powering printer on and off, taking everything out, etc but can’t resolve. Would be grateful for any suggestions or solutions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
