    <description>&lt;P&gt;First line is bad double vision, second line slightly better, third looks right, then bad double vision again for the next line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've realigned the heads, cleaned, nozzle cleaned.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I had that happen as well, I took a Q-Tip with rubbing alcohol and gently wiped my clear stripe by the ink cartridge's, that worked for me, I hope it helps you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've cleaned it 4x. Any color text prints fine. Black text is double vision.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Contact customer support, they are awesome and will try other things to fix it, if they can't fix it and you are under warranty they will send a new printer to you. I would try using the alcohol and q-tip under the black holding box, that might help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Out of warranty. I'd need to get the encoder strip replaced. Cheaper to buy new printer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
