Pixma iP8720 Printing Dull Ink

Recently my printer has began printing colors very dull and somewhat fuzzy. I have only had the printer since August and I only buy Canon brand ink cartridges. The cartridges are not low and I have done all cleaning procedures and nothing is helping. What do I need to do to fix this?

So we can best assist you, please let us know the answers to the following:

What version of Windows or MacOS is your computer running
What program are you using to print and what type of paper are you using?
Are you printing pictures or documents with color?

Also, please use the steps HERE to print a nozzle check from your printer. Please attach a picture of the nozzle check to your reply.
