    <description>&lt;P&gt;changed the black ink 3 days ago.&amp;nbsp; Turned my printer on today to scan and it reads new ink required.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I unplugged - waited 10 minutes and now error message is not going away.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what do I do since cartilage is brand new???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
