      <description>&lt;P&gt;printer connected via USB to PC running win 11&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Printer works fine, but will not scan, states 'please wait momentarily' for a few seconds and then reverts to 'scan local (USB) display&lt;/P&gt;</description>
