TS9120 ink not recognized

We've had our Pixma TS-9120 printer for a few years, have replaced ink tanks many times with no problem. This time, today, 4 tanks were replaced, and it's producing support code 1660 "...tanks cannot be recognized..." for 3 of the 4. These are genuine Canon 270 & 271 purchased yesterday from Staples. Each one has been removed, checked and replaced multiple times, everything looks normal on the tanks and the receptacles. This problem did not exist before replacing them.

Please help!

Hi 6mw83kshc,

The PGI-270 and CLI-271 ink tanks are not compatible with the PIXMA TS9120.

The following inks are compatible with the PIXMA TS9120:
