    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon imageclass MF644cdw printer. When I attempt to scan to email, I'm prompted to enter the printer's IP address in my browser to setup scanning to email in remote UI. However, I receive this error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2024-02-04 at 10.10.10 AM.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/49593iB5F4A6727CA9C5BB/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screenshot 2024-02-04 at 10.10.10 AM.png" alt="Screenshot 2024-02-04 at 10.10.10 AM.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I follow instructions to set Remote UI Access on printer, it is already set to on and there is no option to create a ping, even when I click Apply. Would love some assistance here. Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
