      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to scan from my MX922 printer-scanner and it said I needed the WIA Driver from the Installation CD which I can't find, or from the manufacturer's website. Can you help me to get this and tell me how to install it. Thank You Steve Follestad&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am on Windows 10. I have had this issue for a while but it seems to resolve itself. Not this time. When I followed another thread on this I was stuck at step 5 as the start button was greyed out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
