    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought this printer from a friend, but it was brand new, out of the box and everything. Never even used. Point being, I was able to print at first, now I cannot do anything without this error popping up. I have tried doing what it advizes you to do, by unplugging it and plugging it back in. In fact, I tried quite a few times, nothing works. I tried downloading ALL the drivers, all the software, NOTHING! What can I do, please help! I need this printer for work, it is important!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your time,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Chelsea Becker&lt;/P&gt;</description>
